Dr. Chris Hart established his Collins St practice in 2007, and has since extended to Bendigo to better service country patients. Modern and comfortable facilities, good music and a friendly team will make you feel confident and comfortable.

Dr Chris Hart, Prosthodontist 

 

An experienced prosthodontist specialising in pioneering practical and cost-effective solutions, Dr Chris Hart is well known as an innovator and leader in the profession. After completing a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Melbourne in 1994, he worked as a general dentist across Australia to gain experience in a variety of patient care environments. He returned to the University of Melbourne in 2001 to complete a three-year specialist training program and received a Master of Dental Science.

 

From 2004 to 2006 Dr. Hart was selected to be part of the International Team for Implantology Scholars and worked in the Department of Surgery at the University of Berne, Switzerland. In recent years, Dr. Hart has worked both in private practice and in hospital settings as part of multidisciplinary teams treating oncology patients. The desire to find adequate prostheses to serve the functional needs of oncology patients, among others, encouraged him to design and develop dental and maxillofacial prosthetics, which he continues to use in his practice. Dr. Hart is passionate about being able to make a real difference in patients’ appearance, comfort, and confidence.

Christine Beynsberger, Dental Assistant 

Christine is a qualified Dental Assistant and also our in-house IT and computer wizz. Christine always strives to assist Dr Hart and fellow staff as best as possible making her a key asset to the practice.

Danielle Hooper, Dental Assistant 

Danielle is a qualified dental assistant with over four years experience. Danielle relocated from Tasmania to Melbourne in 2015 and thoroughly enjoy’s the Melbourne lifestyle. Danielle is passionate about patient care and strives to deliver exceptional assistance to the dentist and other team members.

Elizabeth Porter, Practice Manager 

Ellie has over 9 years experience within the dental field with many of those years spent as a dental assistant. Ellie ensures the clinic is running as smoothly as possible for Dr Hart, her fellow staff and patients visiting. Her wealth of knowledge enables her to assist with complex queries and provide patients with the best of care.

Katarina Bolechova, Dental Technician 

After training in Europe for three years, Katarina moved to Melbourne in 2013 to work and to learn more about dentures and implants. Using fabrication techniques that achieve the highest possible strength and aesthetic results in dental reconstructions, Katarina carefully crafts tooth and implant supported restorations that are perfectly suited to each patient.

Clare Patching, Admin Co-ordinator 

As Admin Co-ordinator Clare is the first point of contact for our practice. Clare is responsible for coordinating patient appointments and queries. Her previous experience in administration and as a dental nurse enables her to better understand the needs of patients. She often goes above and beyond to ensure patients have a comfortable and worry free visit to our practice.
